ree

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, Newark Valley Community Connection is shining bright this November with food, music, creativity — and an exciting new raffle that sparkles!

We’re raffling off a stunning ½-carat pair of genuine diamond earrings valued at $1,400, donated by a dedicated volunteer who wanted to give back in a big way. Raffle tickets are available now, and all proceeds go directly toward supporting NVCC’s programs, events, and building upkeep. Only 250 tickets will be sold, improving your chances to win. Stop in to one of our events and purchase your ticket for $20 or 3 tickets for $50. Second prize is $250 and third prize is $100. It’s a beautiful way to give and possibly receive a little extra sparkle this holiday season!

But that’s not all — our November calendar is packed with opportunities to dance, dine, craft, and connect:

Do You Have an Interest in Helping Out and Being a Volunteer?

We love our volunteers and always need them! None of what we do at Newark Valley Community Connection would be possible without our incredible volunteers. From preparing and serving meals to helping children with crafts, decorating our space, leading open paint nights, or performing building repairs, our volunteers bring energy, kindness, and community spirit to every event. Behind the scenes, others have worked tirelessly on essential projects — from the recent flooring replacement and step repairs that keep our buildings safe, welcoming, and beautiful, to landscaping or acting in our Haunted Halls. Every task, big or small, adds up to something remarkable, and we are deeply grateful for all who lend their time, skills, and heart to keep our mission thriving. Please Call 607-308-1503 or email newarkvalleycc@gmail.com for info on volunteering.
